I’m still disappointed that they made the drivers choose a fixed number. I always liked the idea of the winner of the DWC getting to run number 1.

They’re still able to sub out their personal number for the 1 as a defending champ.

Since implemented though, both defending champs haven’t chosen to do so. HAM has just chosen to run his 44 both times, and ROS has retired
